We are Luca and Nicoletta and, together with our children, we have created our agriturismo with passion, care and attention to every detail.
Surrounded by the peaceful countryside of Valpolicella, Agriturismo Ai Merli welcomes its guests in eight comfortable, fully equipped rooms, designed to offer a pleasant and relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
In our restaurant, we bring the authentic flavours of local tradition to the table, with dishes inspired by regional recipes and prepared using fresh, wholesome ingredients, including produce from our own farm. Naturally, our cuisine is complemented by a selection of Valpolicella wines, an expression of a land renowned and appreciated throughout the world.
Our aim is to offer you an authentic experience combining warm hospitality, nature, traditional cuisine and local culture, sharing with you our passion for this land and its rich agricultural and culinary heritage.
